We may process your full name, phone number, email, and information about your purpose of travel that you share with us through the pre-assessment form, contact form, or WhatsApp. We may also collect technical data — such as browser/device information and pages visited — through cookies and similar technologies, to improve how the Site works.

The Site uses essential cookies required for core functionality. Alongside these we use two measurement tools: Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Site is used, and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising. These measurement cookies are only activated once you select "Accept" on the banner shown at the bottom of the page — if you select "Decline" or make no choice, they are not set.

Advertising measurement means the following: if you reached the Site by clicking one of our ads and then get in touch with us (via WhatsApp, phone, or the pre-assessment form), the fact that this happened is reported to Google. Personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number are not sent to Google as part of this.

Your cookie choice is shared between vizeyon.com and panel.vizeyon.com, so you are not asked the same question twice. You can reset your choice by clearing your browser's cookies and site data, or manage cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Sharing

To the extent necessary for the performance of our service, your information may be shared with the Embassy/Consulate of the United States and the official appointment system (ustraveldocs.com). Your information is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
