This Notice is prepared to inform you, under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), about the personal data processed by Vizeyon Visa Consultancy ("Vizeyon") as the data controller.

Your personal data may be processed by Vizeyon Visa Consultancy, as the data controller, within the scope described below.
Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of our US visa consultancy service, we process your full name, ID number, contact details (phone, email, address), passport and travel document information, DS-160 form content, documents relating to your purpose of travel (accommodation, transport, bank statements, employment/education documents, etc.), and other information you share with us during pre-assessment and via WhatsApp.
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out pre-assessment and risk analysis, managing your US visa application process, tracking your interview appointment and progress, providing you with consultancy services, evaluating requests and complaints, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Transfer
To the extent necessary for the performance of our service, your data may be shared with the Embassy/Consulate of the United States, the official appointment system (ustraveldocs.com), and legally authorised public institutions and organisations. Your data is not shared with third parties except with your explicit consent or as provided by law.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected through our website, pre-assessment form, WhatsApp, email and phone, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, and explicit consent.
Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
